TERRA NOSTRA SUITE
Was born from the idea of Yuri Dallara, an Italian boy with decades of experience in Costa Rica and a lifetime in the tourism and hospitality sector.
His path began years ago, working in tourism, honing his sensitivity to the needs of a sophisticated clients. He has learned that hospitality is not just a service, but an art that is expressed through every detail: from the elegance of the rooms to the functionality of the spaces, from the choice of materials to the most subtle comfort.
With “Terra Nostra Suite”, Yuri has gathered his strength for an ambitious project: designing and building quality holiday homes and villas in the Caribbean, where their Italian comfort becomes their distinctive feature. His experience in tourism has made him not only an expert in sustainable design, but also in what makes a stay unforgettable. He knows how to create environments that breathe quality without ostentation, impeccable functionality and a welcoming atmosphere.
IMAGINE YOUR CARIBBEAN HOME
Imagine a Caribbean abode where modern engineering meets the wisdom of nature: a home that blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Here, glass is not just an element, but a transparent bridge that connects the interior spaces with the exuberant tropical garden.
This house was conceived with a deep respect for the ecosystem, using sustainable materials and low environmental impact construction techniques. The large windows are made with low-emissivity glass, to maximize natural light and the view, while maintaining excellent thermal comfort, ideal even under the Caribbean sun. There are no boundaries between inside and outside, just a transparent membrane that allows you to experience nature at all times.
The interiors reflect an organic design philosophy. The colors are inspired by the tones of the earth and the sea, with color accents given by natural fabrics and handcrafted works of art. The design of the spaces is fluid and open, promoting air circulation and taking advantage of natural ventilation.
The tropical garden is an ode to Caribbean biodiversity. It is designed to be a miniature ecosystem, with native plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. Natural paths wind through heliconia and ginger palms, native trees that are home to monkeys, sloths, toucans, hummingbirds and many exotic birds and animals.
Terra Nostra Suite is more than just a place to stay; it is an immersive experience, where comfort and sustainability meet, offering harmony with the wild beauty of the Caribbean.

PUERTO VIEJO
PUERTO VIEJO DE TALAMANCA:
CARIBBEAN RHYTHM AND RELAX
Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is a lively village on the southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, known for its intoxicating mix of Afro-Caraibic Culture, colored architecture and a relaxed Pura Vida atmosphere. Unlike the peaceful coast, here the rhythm is marked by reggae, the flavors are intense with coconut and spices (as in the famous rice and beans), and life revolves around wild nature and surfing.
PLAYA COCLES
Little south of the usual center is Playa Cocles, considered by many to be the most accessible and popular beach in the area. Characterized by a long expanse of golden sand and turquoise waters, Cocles is the meeting point for:
• Surfers: the waves here are often ideal for beginners and intermediate levels, making it a center for local surfing schools.
• Swimmers: the less exposed areas in the wind offer more calm sections to swim and relax.
• Beach life: it is well equipped with small chiringuito (beach bar) and beds, while maintaining a natural and not excessively commercial charm.
THE NATURE
ACTIVITIES
Tourism is the driving force of Puerto Viejo, has maintained an intimate and Boémien character. Most of the structures are small hotels boutique, cabinas (bungalow) in family management and hostels, in line with the philosophy of slower and more respectful tourism. Visitors are attracted not only by the beaches, but also by the proximity to:
• Natural reserves: such as the Life Refuge Silvestre Gandoca-Manzanillo, the Cahuita National Park, where the jungle touches the sea, the Jaguar Rescue dwelling of many animals, the wonderful beaches of Cocles, Playa Negra, Punta Uva, Playa Grande and Manzanillo.
• Indigenous culture: with excursions and guided visits to the BriBri communities.
This tourist model aims to preserve the unique identity of Puerto Viejo: a place where local culture, the conservation of nature and the desire for an authentic Caribbean relaxation coexist in harmony.
